Scarva Community Center

Scarva Community Center was a village initiative to construct an additional 4000 sq.ft of functional space to their existing 115-year-old building.

PNC delivered the community consultations, Architectural services, funding, and financial management services as well as procurement and project management.



This new center will serve as a community development building that will not only provide a wide range of necessary community and youth development functions but will also serve as a de facto extension to the adjacent primary school, being used primarily as a sports, arts, and car parking facility.

This project will exceed £700,000 and will be completed in June 2022.
