This was a fantastic project in South Co. Down N. Ireland.

PNC was engaged as the facilitator for the land agreements and were instrumental in agreeing the contractual terms with the landowners and surrounding business interests.

PNC provided a public affairs element as well as a legal and project planning advisory service in the delivery of this project.
